Every Yellow Bus ABA center also supports in-home therapy within its local service area. Families can choose center-based ABA, home-based ABA, or a hybrid model that combines both settings for maximum generalization and comfort.

2. Verify Insurance Coverage
Our team helps you check your insurance benefits to understand coverage for ABA services, making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
3. Complete a BCBA-Led Assessment
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducts a thorough evaluation of your child’s development, behavior, and learning style. This assessment identifies strengths, areas for growth, and the best strategies for therapy.
4. Begin Your Customized ABA Therapy Program
Once the plan is set, therapy starts at home or at one of our centers. Sessions are tailored to your child’s goals and interests, blending structured learning with play-based activities to keep them engaged and support steady developmental progress.

Insurance & Funding for In-Home ABA Therapy
ABA therapy is covered by most major insurance plans in Virginia. Our intake team manages insurance verification, authorizations, and billing, helping families start therapy quickly and confidently.
Yes. Every location offers the full range of ABA therapy services for children and teens, supervised by certified BCBAs.
Yes. Each center also provides in-home ABA therapy throughout its surrounding area.
Most centers are open Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with flexible scheduling options available
Yes. Social Skills Groups and peer-based learning sessions are available at all Yellow Bus ABA locations.
Yes. We accept most major insurance providers and handle the entire authorization process for families.
