ABA Therapist

Human Resource Manager
Are you in Human Resources or A Talent Acquisition Specialist working for a home care agency or Behavioral Health Program. Yellow Bus ABA is looking for a dedicated business minded and organized individual to join our growing team. Our office is in Rockland County and we service the greater New York City area. The job entails interviewing, onboarding and retaining therapists for home and center based ABA therapy.
There is a lot of growth opportunity and we are looking for someone who wants this long term. We are looking for someone with experience in the behavioral health sector or autism services. The pay starts at 45,000- 55,000 yearly plus benefits and bonuses.
We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.
Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Not mandatory- BS/MS in Human Resources Management
Clinical Supervisor
As a clinical supervisor the position requires training of Behavior Analysts as well as Behavior Technicians. The requirements for the job include either a PHD in Behavior Analysis, 7 years working as a BCBA or extensive background in training other Behavior Analysts or related fields.

Payroll Specialist
This job is located in our Lakewood New jersey Office.
Yellow Bus ABA is a leader in autism care. We service New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. We are looking for a payroll specialist to run our payroll.
- Two year of experience in payroll
- High school graduate; some college credit preferred
- Understanding of communicating effectively with employee, patients and their families, medical and community affiliates in order to develop positive relationships.
- Organized and punctual

- Oversee payroll to ensure each bi-weekly payroll remains error free
- Oversees reconciliation of employee benefits programs, such as group health.
- Oversees maintenance of payroll records and files including but not limited to paid time off and other accrued leave
- Responsible in ensuring all Federal, State, and Local Laws are complied with
- Act as the direct liaison between organization, and the external payroll provider specialists
- Responds to Director as assigned with accurate and timely work to facilitate department needs
- Assists with the development and implementation of bookkeeping and payroll practices, policies, and procedures

Yellow Bus ABA is hiring a community outreach liaison. We are an autism clinic and homecare services located in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. That gives ABA therapy to children and young adults from ages 1 to 22.
We will provide you with a good understanding of our industry and regulations. We will train you on how to approach referral resources and families and with whom to collaborate. We will give you all the marketing utensils you need. Our Goal is that you are happy and you should succeed.

Digital Marketing Manager

Yellow Bus ABA is hiring a Digital marketing manager. We are an autism clinic and home-care services located in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. That gives ABA therapy to children and young adults from ages 1 to 22.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Marketing
- 1+ years of digital marketing experience
- First-hand experience using CRM marketing automation software including development, testing and optimization of automated campaigns
- Tactical experience with performance measurement of marketing activities and operating test and learn experiments (e.g., A/B testing)
- Experience working with designers and content creators to develop exceptional digital content
- Creativity in developing marketing campaigns and writing copy
- Excellent understanding of Google Analytics, Mixpanel or equivalent
- Leading strategic execution of marketing campaigns via social media, online and email
- Agility is a must; ability to switch gears on a quick turnaround
- Strong collaboration and communication capabilities
- Passion for results and data-driven decision making
